1. Overview GetQuotation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a lead-matching platform. This policy explains how we handle data across our website, Buyer/Seller Dashboards, and Telegram Bot (the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

  • Direct Information: Name, mobile number, email, and city provided during registration.
  • Enquiry Data: Project requirements, material lists, and quantities.
  • AI Vision Data: Images of handwritten or printed lists (“Parchis”) uploaded for data extraction. These are processed via third-party AI APIs (Google Gemini).
  • Vendor Data: Business names, contact info, and pricing submitted by registered sellers.

3. Data Sharing & Marketplace Logic

  • Buyer to Seller: When you post a request, your requirements and city are broadcast to our network of registered sellers. Your direct contact details (Phone/Email) are initially hidden and only revealed to a seller once you engage with their quote or request contact.
  • Seller to Buyer: We share seller company names, contact details and bid details with buyers.
  • Third-Party APIs: We share data with Google (for AI extraction) and Telegram (for bot notifications) as part of our core functionality.

4. Data Retention (The 7-Day Rule) To ensure data accuracy and protect user privacy, all active quotation requests automatically expire and archive after 7 days. Archived requests remain in your private dashboard but are no longer broadcast to the seller network.

5. IMPORTANT: Disclaimer of Liability GetQuotation is a technology platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not verify, endorse, or conduct background checks on any registered seller. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the products/services offered.

  • Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making payments.
  • We are not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from transactions between users.

6. Your Rights You may access, update, or request the deletion of your account data at any time via your dashboard or by emailing our support team.

7. Security We use industry-standard encryption and security tokens (nonces) to protect your information. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
